StarBlaze Prime 6013 is a versatile, rutile-coated mild steel electrode (AWS A5.1 / E6013) engineered for general‐purpose welding tasks. It offers a smooth, soft arc with minimal spatter, producing fine, ripple-textured weld beads with excellent slag detachability. Designed for use in all standard welding positions (flat, vertical, overhead etc.), this electrode is ideal for fabricating structures, repair work, and maintenance of mild steel components. With robust weld properties, it's well suited for applications requiring aesthetic weld appearance, easy arc striking/re-striking, and reliability under “real shop” conditions.

The StarBlaze Prime 309L-15 Electrode is a low-carbon, basic-coated stainless steel MMA stick electrode engineered for welding dissimilar metals—particularly joining carbon or mild steel with stainless steel—as well as buffer-layer applications and high-temperature service usages. It contains approximately 15 % ferrite, which enhances crack resistance and improves fusion in mixed-metal joints. Its weld deposit delivers smooth fusion, refined bead appearance, and dependable slag release, making it ideal for structural repairs, cladding, and civil engineering work. With mechanical properties that include a tensile strength of at least 550 N/mm² and elongation ≥ 30 %, plus impact toughness ≥ 60 J at 20 °C, it balances strength, ductility, and toughness. It is available in multiple diameters (2.50 mm, 3.15 mm, 4.00 mm) and supplied in pouches or boxes suitable for workshop or site use. 

StarBlaze Prime has a product called StarBlaze Prime NICU-7, which is a nickel-copper (Monel) alloy electrode. It’s described as corrosion resistant (sea water, salts), suitable for dissimilar welding, and works in all positions.

“Prime” is a StarBlaze sub-brand for premium electrodes. So “CL 99” may be part of the Prime line but with a specific classification.
