StarBlaze TIG filler rods are premium-grade stainless steel TIG wires, engineered for demanding welding and surfacing applications. These rods are designed to provide excellent corrosion resistance, weld quality, and durability under high temperature and harsh service conditions. The 316L version, for example, is an extra-low carbon stainless steel grade (≈ 19 % Cr / 12 % Ni / 3 % Mo) which offers strong creep resistance (up to ~850 °C), excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, and good crack resistance. The rod has a clean, bright finish for smooth feeding and appearance, and is suitable for TIG welding with DC-(negative) polarity.
